Aromatherapy(芳療): What are the health benefits?(健康優點是什麼)

1. Reduce anxiety 減低焦慮

Several essential oils like orange and lavender have been shown to help people be a little less anxious.(有一些精油,像是橘子或薰衣草,可幫助減低焦慮)

2. Ease headache 降低頭痛

Some smaller studies have found that people reported less headache pain after they applied peppermint and lavender essential oil to their skin.(有些研究得知,人們覺得在皮膚上使用薄荷和薰衣草可以減低頭痛)

3. Reduce inflammation(減少發炎)

Some essential oils might help ward off(避開) inflammation.(有一些精油可以減少發炎) Lavender, thyme, and oregano may be good for this.(薰衣草、百里香和奧利岡可能對此有好處)

4. Sleep better(安眠)
